Companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more will be recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® symposium and awards gala on Friday, March 2, 2018 at The Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee.

This year’s winners practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in industries as diverse as energy, medical, financial services and nonprofit.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories.  They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance.
