During that time, we also implement our proven tools for managing security and protecting your data, and will establish your security policies based on best practices.
Once your environment is provisioned, you’ll be setup in our proactive monitoring systems so we can begin watching your systems and network. We’ll also document everything in our secure management system so our entire team will have the information they need to provide ongoing support.
Finally, we’ll coordinate a go-live date to begin your new, comprehensive Managed IT Services engagement and train your team on new procedures for requesting support.
The Implementation is process driven by our teams, so while there are a lot of moving parts, we’ll keep you on-track and informed at each step of the way. A typical implementation will take about 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the environment and your unique needs.
